Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on what we know when we give them. The final price is confirmed with you before work begins. If the job changes, we'll talk with you first.

Scheduling & weather

We do our best to keep every appointment. Weather, ground conditions, or safety concerns may mean we reschedule, and we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed when the job is confirmed, usually when the work is finished.

Your property

Please let us know about anything we should avoid, such as sprinkler heads, buried lines, pets, or fragile items. We may take before-and-after photos of our work and use them on our website and social media. Your address and personal details are never included. Just tell us if you'd rather we didn't.
